Recording Emails Using BCC

A good way of keeping a record of all emails you sent is to have them sent via BCC to your own inbox. This way you can confirm that an email has definitely been sent, to what email address and at what exact time. You can enable this by going to Settings > Email Options >Tick the box labelled 'BCC me on all invoices and Quotes that I send' > Enter in your email address > Click Update.
